    Lingonberry & Raspberry nice cream from @jadoresmoothies <3


    1 tsp Lingonberry raw juice concentrate

    1-2 frozen Bananas

    200 g frozen Raspberries

    100 g Coconut Yoghurt


    Mix everything in a blender, and add the lingonberry raw juice. Top with puffed quinoa, coconut yoghurt, granola and pomegranate seeds in layers. Enjoy!

    6 dl Milk

    2,5 dl Flour

    0,5 krm Salt

    1 tbsp Butter


    Top with:

    Red Berrypowder

    Whipped cream


    How to:

    Recept för ca 4 people.  Whip the eggs in a bowl with half of the milk. Add the flour and whisk to a smooth batter. Heat a pan on average heat, cook the pancakes in some butter. Put the pancakes on a plate, add a click of whipped cream or chasew cream. Top with Red Berrypowder for an extra boost of vitamins and fiber!

    2 tsp Sea Buckthorn Raw Juice Concentrate
    2 dl Water
    1,5 dl Strawberries
    1 dl Mango

    How to:
    The recipe gives about 4 popsicles. Mix the frozen strawberries in a blender. In a other container: mix 2 tsp sea buckthorn raw juice to 2 cups cold water, and add the half of it to the strawberry mixture. Put into the ice cream popsicle mold. Mix frozen mango with the rest of the sea buckthorn raw juice. Layer this mixture on top and place in sticks. If you want it a little sweet, add some honey. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy in the sun! ☀️

    Inspiration till årets påsktårta?  Gör vår VD Linda Myrbergs härliga Frozen Cheesecake med Havtorn! 

    2,5 dl Cashewnötter, blötlagda och väl avrunna
    2,5 dl Mandlar blötlagda och väl avrunna
    ca 9 st Medjool Dadlar, urkärnade
    1 tsk Kanel
    1 nypa äkta Vanilj
    1 nypa Himalaya salt .

    3 Avokado, mogna
    1dl färskpressad Lime (juice och skal, ca 4 st)
    1 msk Havtorn Raw Juice Koncentrat
    0,75 dl raw Agave naturell
    0,5 dl Kokosgrädde (eller det tjockaste ur en burk kokosmjölk)
    1 nypa äkta Vanilj
    1 nypa Himalaya salt
    1 dl neutral Kokosolja, smält i vattenbad
    1 msk Chiafrön

    Här kan man använda onyttiga marsipan ägg (valfritt)
    Yellow Bärpulver (Havtorn, Nypon, Hjortron)

    Gör så här:
    Mixa ingredienserna till botten fint. Tryck ut i en springform (27-30 cm) och låt botten gå upp halvvägs mot kanterna. Ställ svalt under tiden du gör fyllningen. Mixa alla ingredienserna till fyllningen, förutom chia och kokosolja, till en slät smet. Blanda sedan i smält kokosolja och chiafrön och bred ut över tårtbotten. Ställ i frysen ca 1 timme eller tills tårtan stelnat helt. Skär upp i 12 bitar och servera sval, ej fryst. Garnera och njut!

    Ingredients toppings:
    Turkish yoghurt

    Raspberries & Red Berry powder
    Blueberries & Blue Berry powder

    How to:
    For 8 people. Mix flour and baking powder, add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Whisk to a even batter. Melt the butter and add it in. Heat the waffle iron. Brush the waffle iron with a little bit butter for the first waffle, bake until golden brown. Serve with a click of turkish yogurt, fresh fruit/berries and with our berry powder!

    Chia Pudding – Ingredients:
    1 dl plant based Milk
    1/4 dl Chia Seeds
    1 tbsp Maple Syrup


    Strawberry layer – Ingredients:
    1 tbsp Red Berry Powder ❤️
    1 dl frozen Strawberries
    1 frozen Banana
    1/2 dl Coconut Milk


    How to:
    Make the chia pudding: whisk together the ingredients and chill overnight.


    Make the strawberry layer: Blend frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and coconut water in a high speed blender. Add additional coconut water until consistency desired. Add in RED Berry Powder!


    In the morning, spoon the chia pudding to fill half the cup, and top with the strawberry layer. Garnish with rosebuds to get in spring mood!

    1 msk Dates syrup
    1,5 dl cooked Quinoa

    How to:
    Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Chop the dates into pieces. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Spread it out on a baking sheet covered with paper and place in the oven. Stir every 5 minutes for about 25-30 minutes. Remove the plate from the oven and allow it to cool completely so that it becomes crispy. Enjoy!

    1 bag Nordic Beauty Remedy
    2 dl Blueberries (frozen)
    2 Bananas (frozen)
    1/2 dl Coconut cream (refrigerated overnight)
    1 tbsp Honey


    How to:
    Refrigerate the coconut cream overnight so that it’s completely firm when ready for use. Add everything in a food processor. Blend until completely smooth! For a soft-serve, serve immediately in small bowls. If you prefer your ice cream more firm, pour into a container, and freeze for 1-2 hours to allow the ice cream to firm up a bit more.

    Then scoop onto a bowl. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!

    3 tablespoon Collagen Premium+
    10 Dates
    1/2 dl Pumpkin Seeds
    1/2 dl Sunflower Seeds
    1/2 dl Oats
    1 tablespoon Coconut Oil (melted)
    3 tablespoon Black Coffee
    3 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
    1/2 dl Soya, Almond or Rice Milk
    1 ml Seasalt

    How to:
    Mix everything to a smooth consistency in a food processor. Form to even sized balls. Make the balls small, because then they will be more powerfull and more to eat!
    Pimp it:

    Dip some in melted chocolate. Sprinkle over or roll them in our RED Berry Power! You can also use coconut, cocoa, flowers or pistachio. Store them in the freezer. Yum! ❤️

    1 bag Nordic Beauty Remedy
    2 dl Coconut milk
    3 tablespoons Chia seeds

    How to:
    For two portions. Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk it well. Let the mixture sit for about 30 minutes in room temperature. Mix once more and place in refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight. Take it out about 10 minutes before serving. Layer the mixture with Nordic Beauty Remedy and fresh blackberry! Yummy!

    Nordic Superfood - RED Berry Powder

    1 dl Cashewnuts

    1 dl Hazelnuts (Almonds work too!)

    1 dl Oats

    10 Dates

    1 tsp Blackstrap Melass (or Maple Syrup)

    1 msk Ghee/Butter

    1 tsp Cinnamon

    1/2 tsp Vanilla powder

    1 ml Ginger

    1 ml Carnation

    1 ml Cardamom

    2 tbsp Cocoa paste (You can also use Cocoa Nibs or Dark Chocolate)

    A pinch of salt

    How to do it:

    Place the dates in a bowl, pour hot water in and let sit for a few minutes. Pull away the skin of the dates and remove the core. Mix the nuts, oats and spices to a fine flour. Add the dates, blackstrap melass, ghee butter and mix. Add the cocoa paste, and mix with a fork for a crunch feeling! Form to 12-15 balls, roll in our berry powder. Enjoy!

    A delicious alternative to other Christmas candies!

    Raw food balls with optional Nordic Superfood powder, )

    Almond flour (a.k.a. Chufa or Tigernuts) is a good alternative if you want to make the balls nut-free, but you can also use almonds, cashew or hazelnuts. However, if you use whole nuts, you should mix / chop them on your own first.

    Ingredients:(for 10-12 pcs)

    60g Almond flour (optional nuts such as cashew / hazelnuts)

    1.5 tbsp Kakaonibs

    1 tbsp Coconut Oil / Ghee

    15g melted cocoa butter

    15g melted cocoa paste

    130g Medjool Dadlar (approx. 12 pcs)

    3 tbsp Cocoa

    2tsk honey

    1 tbsp Vanilla powder

    1 / 2krm Sea salt

    1krm dried ginger

    Berry powder to roll the balls in

    Do this: Put the dates in hot water for a few minutes. Then pull off the leather and remove the cores. Melt cocoa butter, cocoa paste and coconut oil over water bath. Mix dates with all dry ingredients to a rough day a powerful mixer. Add the fat and mix again until you get a smooth dough. Form into 10-12 evenly sized balls. Roll the balls in carrier powder. Store the balls in the fridge.

    0,5 dl cold water

    How to do it:
    Put 2 teaspoons of tea in 1 dl boiling water and allow to soak for 5 minutes. Remove tea and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. When it has cooled completely, mix in lemon juice and 1 dl cold water. Allow to cool for 1 hour. Pour the tea mixture in a container and freeze at least 1 hour or until it has harden.

Stir and store in fidge at least 1 hour, but over night is even better. Place in a small bowl/cup and fill with a few tablespoons of cold coconut milk. Top with coconut flakes and BLUE berry powder.

    2 tsk sea buckthorn raw juice
    2 cups of herbal milk
    2 cups of coconut milk
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1 teaspoon vanilla powder
    1 cups sunflower seeds
    2 cups oatmeal
    1 pinch of sea salt

    How to do it:
    Mix plant milk, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla powder and sea buckthorn raw juice. Turn oatmeal and sunflower seeds together. Mix all liquids and dry ingredients together. Let porridge swell a little before distributing it in two bowls that can stand being in the fridge overnight. Serve with berries, sliced banana and Yellow berry powder!

    Lavender & blueberry cashew popsicles

    1,5 cup cashews, soaked 6hrs (or overnight) and drained
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 tsp psyllium husks (optional, but makes the batter very creamy)
    6 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp blueberry raw juice
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp lavender flowers, finely ground

    Decorate with organic, edible flower sprinkles. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth. Pour the batter into popsicle moulds, put a stick in each and freeze for at least 4-5 hrs. Enjoy!

    The recipe gives about 20 small meringues

    2 egg whites
    125 g of sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon vinegar
    3 teaspoon Blue berry powder - blueberries, aronia, black currants

    How to do it:

    1. Set the oven to 150 degrees hot air.
    2. Beat the eggwhites until they start to foam. Then add the sugar little by little as you whip.
    3. Add the lemon vinegar and whisk until the mixture is shiny and gets stiff peaks.
    4. Aim in the berry powder and fold in.
    5. Distribute the meringue over a baking tray covered with baking paper. Top with some extra berry powder or dried flowers if you like.
    6. Turn the oven down to 100 degrees warm air as you insert the meringue. Let them stand for 45-60 minutes, before opening the oven door and allowing them to cool in the oven.

    Store at room temperature.

    Gyllene, syrliga dadelbollar med havtorn, nypon, hallon och ingefära. Sötade med enbart dadlar eller tillsätt en liten mängd rå honung om du så önskar.

    Ingredienser för 15 bollar:
    2 msk Yellowpulver – havtorn, nypon, hallon
    10 st dadlar
    1/2 dl kokosflingor
    1 msk smält kokosolja/kakaosmör.
    1 krm torkad ingefära eller färsk riven
    1 krm havssalt
    1/2 citron zest
    ev. 1/2-1 tsk Honung.

    Gör så här:
    Blanda allt i en bunke. Rulla till små bollar i Yellow pulver.

    Collagen popsicles

    Creamy popsicles with collagen, raspberry & chia coconut popsicles! Makes about 8-10 popsicles.

    2 cups raspberries (frozen or fresh)
    2-3 tbsp maple syrup
    2 tbsp chia seeds
    1/2 vanilla bean, split open and seeds scraped out
    2 cups (500 ml) full-fat coconut milk
    2 tbsp Collagen Premium powder

    How to do it:

    Combine the raspberries with the maple syrup in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for 4-5 minutes until the berries are soft, but not falling apart completely. Remove from the heat and let cool. Alternatively make a raw version by simply mashing the berries with the maple syrup. Add chia seeds and vanilla and let the seeds sit for 5-10 minutes to swell up a bit. Add Collagen powder. Stir in the coconut milk and carefully pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, making sure the berries are evenly distributed. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
