Give yourself a Christmas without stress!

To many people, December and Christmas time are the least time you prioritize yourself and your exercise, with the consequence that you lose even more energy and the risk of getting sick increases. In fact, maybe this is the time when you really need to support all the stress that has to do with "everything that needs to be done before Christmas" with a casual moment for yourself!

In fact, it is true that exercise prevents stress, in several different ways for when you exercise or when you exercise, the amount of adrenaline and cortisol in the body increases. After exercising, the stress system relaxes again in your body and the secretion of stress hormones decreases. Exercise thus "burns" stress hormones.

Regular exercise is positive for most people's sleep. Sleep is important to avoid and recover from stress.

So there are many reasons to keep up with the workout, and let it be part of everyday life, especially important in stressful times.

The biggest reason for skipping training for many people is that it gets too complicated, it should be booked in a class at a gym and then you have to get there and home, and oh well, you have spent two hours and it may be time you do not always have. So the best tip we can give is to just get out, listen to a good podcast or music in the ears and walk fast pace / jog for 30-45 min!

Effectively and without frills, and you get fresh air and hopefully some natural vitamin D too!

In the midst of all the Christmas stress, invest in a moment for YOU where you get to move and feel good, you have that back a hundred times!
