Collagen blissballs

Ingredients for about 15 balls

10 dates
1/2 dl pumpkin seeds

1/2 dl sunflower seeds

1/2 dl oats
1 tablespoon coconut oil (melted)

3 tablespoon strong, cooled coffee
3 tablespoon cocoa powder

3 tablespoon Collagen Premium+

1/2 dl soya/almond/rice milk

1 pinch of sea salt

How to do it:

Mix all ingredients to an smooth mass in a food processor. Dip in melted chocolate and pimp with RED berry powder, coconut, cocoa, pistachios and such. Place in the fridge for a couple of hours. You can also store the balls in the freezer, and take them out a while before serving. If you are allergic to some of the seeds, they can of course be replaced.
