Blue cashew popsicles

Lavender & blueberry cashew popsicles


1,5 cup cashews, soaked 6hrs (or overnight) and drained
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp psyllium husks (optional, but makes the batter very creamy)
6 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp blueberry raw juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp lavender flowers, finely ground

Decorate with organic, edible flower sprinkles. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until super smooth. Pour the batter into popsicle moulds, put a stick in each and freeze for at least 4-5 hrs. Enjoy!
