Black currant cashew popsicle

1, 5 dl chasewnuts, soak for 6 hours (or overnight) and drained.

0,5 dl water

6 msk maple syrup

2 msk Black Currant raw juice

1 msk lemon juice

Some black berry to decorate with

How to do it:

Mix all ingredients in a blender until they are super smooth. Pour the mixture in the ice cream forms, put a stick in each and freeze at least 4-5 hours. Enjoy!
